Team Overview

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for turning insights into action? As a Senior Strategy Business Partner Analyst , you'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across DiDi Food, partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive measurable business impact.

You'll combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding to translate complex data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

In this role you will...

• Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support key stakeholders in business decision-making.

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies across DiDi Food.

• Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics, identifying deviations from targets, underlying drivers, and opportunities for improvement.

• Own analytical workstreams within strategic projects, from problem definition and hypothesis development to analysis, recommendations, and impact measurement.

• Develop business cases, deep dives, and performance analyses to support strategic priorities and resource allocation.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of initiatives and optimize processes and business performance.

• Proactively identify opportunities through data and recommend initiatives that can drive growth, efficiency, and commercial performance.

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that translate complex analyses into clear business insights and recommended actions for stakeholders.

• Track the impact of implemented initiatives and provide recommendations to continuously improve results.

Role Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets; Python, R, or BI tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
