Manufacturing HR Operations Analyst - Attendance & Payroll

Johnson Controls seeks an HR Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support HR operations, focusing on Time & Attendance, pre-payroll, and benefits administration. You will ensure data accuracy, assist payroll, and help maintain compliance with policies and labor regulations.
You will partner with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to deliver timely, high-quality HR service and reports, supporting continuous improvement and employee experience in a manufacturing environment.
