️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for BPS and/or IT profiles , ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
• Handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously , effectively prioritizing based on business needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
• Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and organizational changes within a dynamic environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• Proven Talent Acquisition experience within large, global organizations .
• Strong experience recruiting BPS and/or IT profiles .
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish , with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements .
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
• High adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience .
