Objetivo del puesto
Garantizar el control eficiente del stock en tienda para Ferragamo, asegurando la correcta recepción, organización y flujo de mercancía entre bodega y piso de venta, en alineación con los lineamientos de la marca, para apoyar al equipo comercial y ofrecer la más alta experiencia al cliente.
Requisitos indispensables
- Experiencia en almacén (deseable en retail de lujo o premium).
- Conocimientos básicos de Excel.
- Puntualidad y alto sentido de responsabilidad.
- Actitud proactiva y compromiso con la excelencia en el servicio al cliente.
Principales responsabilidades
- Recepción y registro de mercancía física, asegurando un control preciso de entradas y salidas.
- Revisión pieza por pieza y reporte oportuno de discrepancias.
- Gestión de devoluciones y transferencias conforme a los lineamientos de la empresa.
- Control y archivo de documentación, así como conteos cíclicos de inventario.
- Acomodo y manejo de mercancía en bodega y piso de venta, de acuerdo con los estándares de la boutique.
- Surtido de producto a piso de venta y preparación de órdenes de e-commerce.
- Control de material de empaque, reparaciones y mercancía apartada.
- Preparación de mercancía para entrega a paquetería.
