Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Gerente de Compensaciones con sólida experiencia en diseño, análisis e implementación de estrategias de compensación para organizaciones con estructuras robustas y poblaciones superiores a 1,000 colaboradores .
Perfil que buscamos
- Experiencia senior en Compensaciones / Sueldos y Salarios / Total Rewards .
- Experiencia gestionando estructuras de 1,000 colaboradores o más .
- Dominio de Oracle.
- Experiencia participando en implementaciones, migraciones o mejoras de Oracle .
- Conocimiento avanzado en estructuras salariales, tabuladores y análisis de compensación.
- Perfil altamente analítico, estructurado, metódico y orientado al detalle .
- Capacidad para combinar visión estratégica con ejecución.
