Role Description The Chief People Officer is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE, responsible for overseeing all people and culture functions across the organization. This role designs and executes the overall people strategy, including workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to support Forza Transportation’s growth and operational priorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading HR teams, guiding succession planning, overseeing performance management frameworks, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in strategic Succession Planning and building leadership pipelines.
• Strong background in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement to support a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Expertise in HR Policies and compliance, including developing and implementing consistent, fair, and legally sound practices.
• Proficiency in Performance Management, including designing evaluation frameworks and coaching leaders on feedback and development.
• Extensive experience in senior HR or people leadership roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead change, influence executive stakeholders, and develop scalable people processes in a growing organization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
