ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Project Leader

Overview

Roles and responsabilities include leading project delivery and coordinating project leaders and team leaders within ALTEN Mexico, with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery metrics, and ensuring adherence to group processes and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• a. Quality-Cost-Delivery Manager:
  • Monitor project risks.
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly Steering Committees.
  • Participate in the consolidation of operational reports (review of projects at the operational and financial levels).
  • Lead multiple projects with a high level of commitment.
• b. Coordinate Project Leaders and Team Leaders.
• c. Manage the hierarchical and functional structure of Level 1 Project Leaders (PL1).
• d. Transfer knowledge and ensure the skills development of your direct team, based on your experience.
• f. Implement ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools (specifically the ADF kit).
• g. Track KPIs and prepare operational project reports for the Project Manager.
• h. Implement the quality, health, safety, and environmental standards defined by the Group and recommended by the client for your project.

Qualifications

• Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Science Engineer
• Knowledge/Experience in embedded systems and software
• Advanced English
• Team management skills essential
• Additional: Project management knowledge (certification preferred), Scrum Master
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
• Results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
