Production Control Specialist

Our client, a Korean automotive company in Mexico, is currently looking for a Production Control / Supply Chain professional located in the Saltillo/Monterrey area.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Control in the automotive parts industry.
• Experience in customer demand management and production planning.
• Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and material planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish (email, meetings, and communication).
• Must be able to communicate in Korean to effectively coordinate and participate in meetings with the headquarters in Korea.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP / MES systems
• Experience with OEM customers such as Tesla, Ford, Hyundai, or Kia.
• Experience in CKD operations and import/export logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor customer demand and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Manage material planning and inventory levels.
• Coordinate activities among Production, Logistics, Sales, and related departments.
• Analyze production capacity and support manpower/overtime planning.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (Sales, Inventory, Premium Freight, etc.).
• Communicate with headquarters regarding production and supply issues.
