YOU WILL…

• Get to know different departments intensively.
• Support the assigned department in day-to-day business
• Complete business-related project work independently
• Observe, exchange, and learn from experienced team members
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
• Improve your soft skills and personal capabilities
• Work with your career coach and rotation tutor to achieve best outcomes
• Attend and pass all core training courses and programs within the specified timeframes
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
• Work across departments with international colleagues

YOU NEED…

• To complete bachelor's / master's degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, supply chain or marketing in 2025 or 2026.
• Business fluency in English, Chinese language is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Conflict management skills and flexibility
• Empathy and enjoyment of working in a team
• Proficiency with MS office software
