Requirements

What you do

• Owns the full hiring process end to end for their roles: intake with the leader, sourcing strategy, funnel, interviews, offer, close
• Partners with the hiring leader on the actual profile needed, not just the job req, questioning assumptions when the ask doesn't match the problem
• Builds and owns the talent pipeline for critical roles before they're urgent
• Runs structured interviews and pushes leaders to make timely, well-informed decisions instead of dragging processes
• Owns time-to-fill and quality-of-hire for their area, not just headcount closed
• Negotiates offers and closes candidates, reading the real motivators instead of defaulting to comp
• Spots when a process is failing (bad profile, weak market, broken funnel) and fixes the process, not just pushes more candidates through it
• Goes into detail to find the answers
• Understands the why behind every req, questions unknowns, and pushes back on ambiguity

Who you are

• 3-5+ years in recruiting, ideally full-cycle for mid-to-senior or specialized roles
• Comfortable owning a process, not just executing steps someone else designed
• English and Spanish fluent
• CDMX or BOG
