¡Estamos buscando HR Business Partner! | Sector Hospitalario
Buscamos un/a HR Business Partner con experiencia en el sector hospitalario y sólida experiencia en reclutamiento y selección de talento .
Principales responsabilidades:
- Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento de principio a fin.
- Identificar y atraer talento para posiciones operativas, administrativas y especializadas.
- Trabajar de manera cercana con líderes y directores para definir perfiles y necesidades de contratación.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores de reclutamiento y cobertura de vacantes.
- Proponer estrategias para mejorar tiempos y fuentes de atracción.
- Brindar acompañamiento a los líderes en temas relacionados con talento y personas.
- Vincular los planes de crecimiento con necesidades de talento.
- Planeación anual de headcount.
- Crear estrategias de sucesión y reemplazo.
- Evaluación de desempeño.
- Manejo de incidencias, bajas de personal
- Capacitación, onboarding
Buscamos:
- Experiencia como HR Business Partner, Generalista o Recruiter Senior.
- Experiencia comprobable en sector hospitalario, salud o servicios médicos .
- Sólida experiencia en reclutamiento y selección.
- Habilidad para trabajar con líderes y perfiles de diferentes niveles.
- Enfoque a resultados, organización y capacidad de negociación.
Ubicación: Bosque de las lomas, Cuajimalpa
