Sr HR Business Partner

The Sr HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role partners with senior management to develop and execute HR initiatives that support business performance, organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and change management.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep HR expertise and a proactive, data-driven approach to solving complex organizational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic HR partner for assigned business units, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Coach managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and organizational culture.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and employee engagement.
• Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and key hiring initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, employment legislation, and company standards.
• Support compensation and rewards discussions in partnership with the Compensation team.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational development, talent management, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR metrics to support business decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
