Job Description Summary

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well‑defined commercial policies or review of end results. Employees are allowed to modify procedures and practices as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin, and compliance requirements). Responsibilities include managing medium‑sized sales territories.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world‑class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for the South regional sales team; create show sites and a regional customer base.
• Utilize in‑depth knowledge of own and others’ sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups, and use analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
• Understand best practices and how own area integrates with others; be aware of competition and differentiating factors.
• Make judgments and propose solutions outside set parameters to address complex, day‑to‑day problems involving projects, products, markets, or customers; prioritize information for decision making.
• Use technical experience and analytical thinking, drawing from multiple internal and limited external sources.
• Primarily work as an individual contributor while supporting the use of strong interpersonal skills.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small, low‑risk projects.
• Explain information, develop team consensus around topics, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues.
• Drive orders, revenue, and margin for General Imaging and Primary Care businesses in the West region.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales & Clinical Sales; educational background equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience.
• Domain knowledge in Ultrasound Business is mandatory.
• Experience managing KOLs, NPI launches, CME, and training programs to increase market share and business volume.
• Proven ability to drive orders, revenue, and margins.
