Este empleo puede ser para ti, serás responsable de asignar y dar seguimiento puntual a todas las solicitudes e incidentes, asegurar la comunicación y asignación de reportes a los ingenieros para que se cubra el tiempo de resolución acordado.
Lugar de trabajo : Acceso lll, parque industrial Benito Juárez
Horario : Lunes a Viernes 8:00 a 18:00 hrs y de 10:00 a 20:00 hrs y se rolan las guardias los fines de semana, quedando Sábados 8:00 a 18:00 hrs y Domingo de 12:00 a 18:00 hrs
Requirements
TSU, Ingeniería (sistemas o afín)
1 año de experiencia en:
- Herramienta de tickets
- Office
- Uso de redes sociales
- Trabajo en equipo
- Gestión de recursos humanos
Disponiilidad de tiempo
Responsabilidades:
- Resolución de tickets dentro del SLA
- Asignación de reportes
- Documentación y cierre de todas las solicitudes
- Gestión de problemas
- Gestión de incidentes
- Uso de herramienta de tickets
