En Vinneren buscamos un profesional comercial con experiencia en venta consultiva de tecnología, capaz de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y llevar negociaciones estratégicas hasta el cierre.

¿Qué harás?
- Generar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Prospectar clientes Mid-Market y Enterprise.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: prospección, discovery, propuesta, negociación y cierre.
- Construir relaciones con tomadores de decisión y líderes de negocio.
- Trabajar de la mano con nuestros equipos técnicos para diseñar soluciones alineadas a las necesidades del cliente.
- Mantener un pipeline saludable y una gestión comercial basada en métricas.
Buscamos experiencia en venta de:
- Software Factory
- Desarrollo de Software
- Cloud Services
- Consultoría TI
- Staffing TI (deseable)
Requisitos
- Experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B de tecnología.
- Historial de generación de negocio y cierre de oportunidades.
- Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similar).
- Conocimiento de metodologías comerciales como MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED o similares.
- Habilidad para negociar con perfiles gerenciales y directivos.
