El Recruiter tiene una de las funciones clave de un especialista en recursos humanos, Esto implica desarrollar e implementar estrategias de contratación efectivas, buscar y seleccionar candidatos, realizar entrevistas y evaluaciones, negociar y preparar ofertas e incorporar nuevas contrataciones. También se asegura de que el proceso de reclutamiento y selección cumpla con las leyes y políticas pertinentes, y que se alinee con los objetivos y la cultura de la organización.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un rol similar, preferentemente en una empresa multinacional de retail
- Conocimientos Técnicos
- Amplio conocimiento en plantaformas de empleo y herramientas de atracción de talento
Habilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones informadas
