Procurement Coe Analyst (San Pedro Garza García)

The Integral Procurement Center of Excellence Team is a center of knowledge and expertise which supports the Procurement teams in all regions around the world. This team designs, facilitates and drives execution with disciplined, integrated processes and technology solutions which support Clarios’ Procurement organization. The team performs internally facing knowledge-based services on a one-to-many basis in order to drive scale, repeatability and best practices. Additionally, we support an evolutionary transformation to excel in today’s increasingly sophisticated global supply chain, driving cross-departmental as well as cross-regional collaboration and company-wide change. We build stakeholder involvement and ownership by generating awareness, understanding, alignment, commitment, compliance and action.

The Procurement Analyst reports functionally to the Global CoE Manager and directionally to the Director Strategic Procurement Initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contract LifeCycle Management process.
• Manage and set up controls to improve Data Quality and set up KPIs.
• Manage CLM tool becoming a Subject Matter Expert, supporting users and training.
• Define, create and manage data for regional leaders.
• Vendor Data Management.
• Manage the financial assessment program for the NA suppliers.
• Drive management of data for IATF audits, including Scorecard performance & supplier Risk assessments.
• Support activities with regional teams in Sustainability initiatives, like SA8000, Diversity, Onboarding process, etc.
• Spend, savings & Market research initiatives.
• Design, propose, support & maintain a Market research database for Commodity strategies & Financial projections.
• Manage and Analyze spend data for global and/or regional teams based on identified commodities.
• Drive activities and Support Global and regional teams with savings and spend reports in Power BI.

Education and professional knowledge

• Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering, business or related field
  • Proven experience in Procurement processes, sustainability initiatives, with a focus on social responsibility
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and identify opportunities or action plans.
  • Ability to manage a range of projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to recognize and respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency with high proactivity
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Advanced English
  • Self-driven
• Nice to have:
  • Power BI knowledgeable
  • Zycus knowledgeable from a "key user" perspective is a plus
  • Experience in Legal contracts
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferably automotive manufacturing environmentExperience with process redesign and analysis methods such as Lean, Six Sigma
