Procurement Manager

Mandate of the role

Act as a strategic execution partner to North America category leadership, supporting the development and execution of sourcing and category initiatives, while working collaboratively across spend areas to drive measurable value, enhance supplier performance, and ensure operational excellence within the company.

Role responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing, contract management, and procurement activities across key indirect categories.
• Partner closely with U.S.-based category leadership, supporting both strategy development and execution as an integrated extension of the team.
• Drive execution of sourcing initiatives, ensuring delivery of measurable results and value creation across the network .
• Lead and support complex negotiations, including goods, services, and resale-related agreements .
• Manage supplier relationships effectively, driving performance, consolidation, and continuous value delivery.
• Identify and execute cost optimization and efficiency opportunities, leveraging scale and standardization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, execution, and adoption of procurement strategies.
• Support implementation of category strategies into scalable and repeatable processes.
• Leverage analytics to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for category performance and sourcing decisions.
• Track and communicate KPIs, value delivery, and results, ensuring visibility with leadership.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management.
• Experience working with indirect or GNFR categories (Preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations.
• Advanced English Proficiency (C1).
• Strong commercial mindset focused on value delivery and execution.
• Advanced analytical thinking with data-to-insight capability.
• Expert in complex negotiations (goods, services, resale models).
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Ariba or similar).
