Senior Supply Chain Purchasing Manager

About the Opportunity TalentoHC is partnering with a leading restaurant organization seeking a Contract Manager, Supply Chain to join its team.

This role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, supporting promotional launches, and mitigating supply chain risks across a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, along with a proven ability to drive execution and solve complex operational challenges.

Manage product supply continuity and proactively address supply chain disruptions and risks.

Partner with suppliers, procurement teams, and distribution partners to maintain service levels and inventory availability.

Develop and manage timelines to ensure successful execution of supply chain projects.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, quality assurance, and supplier partners to align on product launches and inventory requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and support distribution planning to optimize product flow.

Manage relationships with distribution centers and third-party logistics providers.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and supply chain optimization.

Resolve supply, inventory, and distribution issues in a timely and effective manner.

5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, or foodservice operations.

• Experience supporting product launches, promotional planning, or inventory management initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
