Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support the Market & Consumer Insights team in delivering actionable consumer, market, and category insights for the Consumer Fragrance business.
• Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer research data across Fabric & Home Care and other fragrance categories.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that support fragrance innovation, marketing strategies, and business growth.
• Assist in the design, execution, and management of consumer and market research projects .
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insight summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and emerging needs.
• Coordinate with external research agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Maintain research databases, documentation, and records , ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creation, Evaluation, and Commercial teams to integrate consumer insights into strategic decision-making.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Consumer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Insights, or a related function.
• Experience managing data, reports, and research documentation .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business recommendations.
• Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies .
• Experience with market research techniques, consumer insight tools, and statistical data interpretation .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills , both verbal and written.
• Advanced English proficiency , both written and spoken.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams .

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous experience within a Fragrance House or the fragrance industry.
• Experience supporting Consumer Fragrance, Fabric Care, Home Care, or FMCG categories .
• Proven capability in supplier management, vendor negotiations, and research project coordination .
