It Customer Support Specialist (Mexicali)

Join Honeywell's One IT team that offers IT support to end users on site. You will deliver effective, secure and responsive service to customers and enable them to make informed decisions in a connected way. You will provide company services and work with IT teams and vendors to provide compliant hardware, infrastructure, network, software support and complex problem resolution in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End to end IT support L1 & L2, speaking to customers to quickly diagnose and repair technical issues reported.
• Document and track support requests to meet targeted KPI, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Installing and configuring IT Assets, maintaining equipment stock and decommissioning.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation and updating self-help documentation.
• Following up with clients to provide timely and accurate customer feedback and ensure the problem is resolved.
• Install and upgrade basic systems and applications, test fixes, post-resolution follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve basic technical problems.
• Ensure standard procedures policies are properly followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of experience supporting IT, operating systems (Windows), service desk.
• Advanced English (reading 80%, speaking 40%).
• Excellent customer focus.
• Availability to work on site and schedule availability.
