Job Description Summary

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers, and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Employee development initiatives design and implementation.
• Build and maintain effective work relations with employees.
• Demonstrate and apply FLIGHT DECK tools & fundamentals enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement aligned to customer needs.
• Interpret internal policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
• Manage complex employee situations by making sound, timely decisions, and demonstrating resilience in addressing diverse and challenging circumstances.
• With customer leadership, analyze issues regarding employee relations to identify and implement solutions.
• Strategic mindset for Talent & Performance management initiatives.
• PPG process (performance assessment), Career Development planning, Talent Review, Business Presentation, employee services, and C&B planning.
• Represent the HR function in daily Business Leader Staff meetings.
• Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.
• Manage, coach, and lead other employees.
• Quality HR focal and Mexican Labor Law compliant.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Solid contribution in a similar role or previous position
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English on any topic with few mistakes (mistakes that do not affect clear understanding).
• Must have fluency, rhythm, and sufficient self-confidence in the language to be able to handle meetings and conversations.
• Comfortable handling multiple competing priorities
• Experience in a technology environment equired for the role and a minimum number of years should NOT be used.
