Service Provider Network Engineer

Ingeniero/a de Redes L3 – Departamento IP (100% remoto).
Estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de Redes L3 para incorporarse a nuestro Departamento IP , enfocado en la operación, provisión y optimización de redes en entornos ISP y redes corporativas .
Formarás parte de un equipo técnico especializado en networking y sistemas, trabajando bajo la dirección del Manager de IP y participando activamente en la evolución de la infraestructura de red.
Sobre el rol.
Buscamos un perfil senior con fuerte enfoque en operación avanzada , capaz de liderar despliegues, resolver incidencias críticas y aportar valor en la mejora continua de la arquitectura de red.
Responsabilidades.
- Configuración, provisión y puesta en marcha de redes L3 en nuevos proyectos y sites.
- Resolución de incidencias complejas (nivel N3) como punto de escalamiento avanzado.
- Análisis técnico de tickets antes de escalar a fabricante.
- Participación en el diseño y evolución de la arquitectura de red.
- Ejecución de tareas programadas y ventanas de mantenimiento.
- Participación en guardias (on-call) tras periodo de adaptación.
✅ Requisitos.
- Experiencia sólida en routing avanzado: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN, Multicast.
- Conocimientos en servicios: IP Transit, peering, LAN/WAN/WLAN.
- Experiencia en entornos multivendor (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.).
- Dominio de CLI (imprescindible).
- Manejo de herramientas de monitorización (Zabbix, LibreNMS, Dude) y ticketing (Jira, osTicket).
Perfil ideal.
- 3–5 años de experiencia (preferiblemente en ISP).
- Background en redes L3.
- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones técnicas.
- Inglés técnico (mínimo B2).
Condiciones.
- Modalidad: 100% remoto.
- Horario base: Lunes a viernes.
- Disponibilidad para ventanas nocturnas.
