We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Lead Consultant (Solution / Technical Lead) to own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design and provide technical governance across a complex, integration‑heavy ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior‑level Salesforce leader who can balance hands‑on technical expertise with architectural decision‑making and team leadership.

The consultant will work closely with solution leadership, architects, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and automation‑driven Salesforce solutions. The role has high business impact, influencing platform strategy, integration patterns, and long‑term technical direction.

Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end Salesforce solution design and technical governance.
• Lead architecture decisions across Salesforce, integration, and automation layers.
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and scalability principles.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Service Cloud and core platform capabilities.
• Guide the use of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation.
• Ensure proper use of Salesforce security, data model, and platform extensibility.
• Design and oversee integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and event‑driven patterns.
• Lead integration efforts involving middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Define multi‑system automation strategies, including when to use native Salesforce automation vs. RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
• Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team and solution leadership.
• Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Mentor senior developers and provide technical oversight throughout the delivery lifecycl

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Service Cloud, automation, and security model.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience designing integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs and event‑driven patterns.
• Experience working with MuleSoft or similar middleware/integration platforms.
• Solid understanding of RPA tools (UiPath or similar) and automation decision frameworks.
• Experience defining governance models, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado or equivalent).
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
