Sales Recruiter (Hybrid in Guadalajara/CDMX)

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter with strong experience identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing commercial talent, including quota-carrying roles across different industries and sales models (B2B/B2C). This role requires a recruiter who understands sales performance metrics, commercial structures, and hiring manager expectations, and can operate in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

What will you do

Work with a global Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for commercial/sales roles (from intake to offer and onboarding) for the USA and Canada. Partner closely with Sales Hiring Managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies. Source and attract candidates for roles such as: Sales Executives / Account Executives Business Development Representatives (BDR/SDR) Account Managers Sales Managers / Directors.

Assess candidates based on: Quota attainment (%) Pipeline ownership and deal size Sales cycle management (short vs long) Hunter vs Farmer profiles.

Conduct structured screenings focused on commercial performance and results. Provide market insights on sales talent availability, compensation, and trends. Manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools and ensure data accuracy. Drive a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring speed and efficiency.

Who are you

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, supporting end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Executive and Senior IT roles. Proven experience recruiting commercial/sales roles (not only technical roles) in markets like USA and Canada. Strong understanding of: Recruiting for USA and Canada. Sales KPIs (quota, revenue, pipeline, win rate). Sales structures and sales cycles (hunter vs farmer, B2B vs B2C). Different sales models & Industries (SaaS, IT services, Insurance). Experience hiring quota-carrying roles. Ability to conduct deep screening conversations with sales candidates. Strong stakeholder management with sales/business leaders. Great organization skills (tools to maintain data accuracy to follow up and present information to stakeholders). Fluent English (required) & great communication skills. AI enthusiast: Using AI to improve process and activities.
