Customer Service Executive

Requisitos:
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o afín
- Inglés conversacional
- Experiencia: 3 años mínimo de experiencia en Customer Service (enfocado a logística)
- Conocimientos: Aire acondicionado básico (Deseable)
- Manejo de CRM
Modalidad: Presencial
Actividades:
- Brindar apoyo al equipo comercial, línea de negocio y/o región asignada dependiendo las necesidades del cliente
- Migrar pedidos en Salesforce a SAP para brindar un correcto seguimiento al cliente de sus pedidos
- Solicitar facturas finales y/o acuses de recibo y escalarlo con el área de finanzas para continuar con el proceso de cobranza
- Solicitar refacturaciones y/o notas de crédito por devolución de equipo o acuerdos comerciales y brindarles continuo seguimiento.
- Detonar garantías corroborando que toda la información (fotos, acuses de recibo, etc.) estén en la base de datos para saber si aplica la devolución o en su defecto, realizar un acuerdo comercial.
- Solicitar devoluciones asegurando cumplir con el proceso de autorización dependiendo de la situación de ésta. (nivel de daño, error interno, error del cliente, etc)
- Administrar la logística de embarques, desde la solicitud de pedido hasta la entrega con el cliente
- Realizar memorándums y asegurar que las autorizaciones necesarias estén enterados de éste.
- Asegurar que los equipos cumplan con las características solicitadas por el cliente y su correcto registro en Salesforce o en su defecto, la fabricación de éste
- Dar seguimiento a backlog y Forecast para llevar un correcto control de los pedidos y clientes.
