Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager

If you have experience opening new accounts, and closing consultative deals in talent solutions RPO, this opportunity is for you.

• Location: Monterrey, N.L.
• Experience: 3+ years in Business Development (RPO)
• Focus: New business acquisition & strategic account growth
• Tools: CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar), LinkedIn, Sales Prospecting tools

What you’ll do:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients in strategic sectors.
• Map target accounts by industry and territory, developing multi-channel outreach strategies.
• Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and follow-up
• Build and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in CRM to ensure reliable forecasting and KPI achievement.
• Design profitable commercial proposals in coordination with Finance and internal stakeholders.
• Manage objections strategically and close deals effectively.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Maintain active and strategic client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
