Blue Yonder in Monterrey is seeking a Support Engineer II to deliver high-quality Tier 2 support and technical solutions for enterprise SaaS customers. You will own troubleshooting, stabilize complex cases, and proactively prevent incidents while aligning with monitoring and operational best practices.
