Billing Support Specialist: Multi-Channel Churn Prevention

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Billing Support Specialist in Mexico City to handle high-volume inquiries across phone, email, and chat. You will resolve disputes with empathy, pursue revenue retention, and oversee collections while ensuring secure payment processing and data integrity.
The role requires 2+ years in customer support, strong communication, and the ability to navigate Salesforce and NetSuite. Training is in-office for 8 weeks, with a hybrid schedule in Mexico City.
