Credit Strategy Lead: Collections & Customer Experience

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Customer-Empathetic Credit Supervisor in Mexico City. You will own credit management and collections for our credit card, emphasizing customer experience in every decision. Collaborating across Product and Operations, you'll ensure that the customer journey enhances credit performance.

In this role, your responsibilities will include managing portfolio performance, designing the CLI framework, and developing collections strategies, requiring proficiency in both English and Spanish.
