Service Line Coordinator

The Service Line coordinator will be responsible for following up contract negotiations, developing the Medical clinical utilization program and service line, and supporting the implementation of Medical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on strategic contracts to build the Medical, Surgical, and Cardiology/Radiology Service Line contract portfolio.
• Follow up on the portfolio of suppliers to ensure timely payment of administrative fees.
• Manage, track, and regularly report on the status of service line projects.
• Request and reconcile sales reports associated with contracts with suppliers, validating traceability by SKUs and verifying specific paid sales for settlement of administrative fees.
• Generate invoices for administrative fees and ensure presentation in the official channels outlined in the contracts.
• Assist in the successful implementation of contracts, including representing the team in internal or client meetings, delivering oral presentations when requested, and creating accurate contract descriptions for the implementation team.
• Collaborate with other service line managers to resolve customer issues related to portfolio contracts and provide prompt and responsive service to customers and customer support staff.
• Understand contract terms and conditions and quickly access the appropriate supplier representatives.
• Schedule and lead vendor business reviews to explore commercializing vendor contracts and collaborate with the implementation team to address customer concerns and enforce resolutions.

• Effective communication skills, including verbal, listening, writing, and presentation to stakeholders from executives to staff.
• Analytical and quantitative thinking.
• Business planning skills, including cost impact analysis.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical English proficiency.
• 3-5 years of related experience in healthcare service line management.
• 3-5 years of related experience in contract management and communication of contractual initiatives to customers and customer service, preferably in healthcare supply chain management (clinics and hospitals).
