FAE SUPERVISOR

At Wiwynn Mexico , we are looking for a highly motivated engineering professional to join our team as an FAE Supervisor . If you have a strong background in hardware engineering, failure analysis, and manufacturing processes, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics , or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing .
• Strong background in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Experience with electronic circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, Validation Engineer , or a related technical role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
