We are looking for Business Project Manager

The Business Project Manager will lead and coordinate business driven initiatives across Enterprise Change Office (ECO) and Investment Operations (IO), partnering closely with business leaders, technology teams, and delivery partners. This role focuses on driving outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and execution of initiatives that support Capital’s strategic and operational priorities within the Asset Management domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management services for business oriented initiatives, ensuring alignment with technology and operational enablement needs across ECO and IO.

• Lead medium sized projects and contribute to larger, global programs, supporting delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.

• Own status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and timely escalations to ensure delivery transparency and control.

• Drive execution using Capital approved delivery methodologies, governance practices, and tools, with a strong focus on business outcomes.

• Support change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption readiness.

• Coordinate and manage stakeholders across business, investment, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment, decision making, and progress.

Required Skills & Experience (Business Focused)

• Strong experience as a Business Project Manager, Program Manager, or Consultant leading cross functional initiatives (not limited to IT delivery).

• Solid understanding of Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services operating models (front office, middle office, or investment operations preferred).

• Proven ability to partner with business leaders, translate business objectives into executable plans, and drive results.

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and structure complex problems.

• Experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management.

• Familiarity with technology enabled transformation initiatives (data, platforms, automation, or operational improvements) without being a hands on technologist.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working in or with Asset Managers, Investment Firms, or Capital Markets organizations.

• Exposure to large enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.

• Background in management consulting or internal strategy / transformation teams.
