Engineering Process Manager — KPI-Driven, Multi-Site

Dormont Manufacturing Co

Johnson Controls is seeking an Engineering Manager to standardize and govern engineering processes across North American plants, including ECN lifecycle, cross-site communication, and performance metrics. Role emphasizes collaboration with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing and Product Engineering to ensure timely releases and continuous improvement.

The position requires a strong process orientation, leadership across sites, and bilingual English/Spanish capability to support multi-site
