Sap pp senior consultant (Nezahualcóyotl)

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse clients across a range of industries.
• Diagnose issues using advanced analytical techniques, interview staff, formulate and present recommendations.
• Assist clients in implementing proposed solutions for SAP Production Planning S/4 HANA.
• Demonstrate hands‑on experience in procurement processes, production lifecycle, and technology design, build, test, and deployment.
• Improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and measure performance.
• Manage client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of a course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field or years of experience.
• Experience supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
• Ability to identify key drivers, define problems, and propose solutions.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing process knowledge in at least three manufacturing scenarios (Discrete, Process or Repetitive, KANBAN), including master data, MRP, requirements, production orders, capacity planning, factory calendar, and costing integration.
• Hands‑on experience customizing configuration for SAP PP in at least three manufacturing scenarios.
• Process and configuration experience with SAP General Logistics functions such as Material Management, Batch Management, Handling Units, and Variant configuration.
• Experience on at least five SAP PP implementations during configuration or testing phases.
• Experience in monitoring AMS‑style support projects, handling incidents, tasks, problems, or enhancements.
• Ability to navigate the system and resolve issues related to IDOCs, outputs, and standard tables.
• Experience creating functional specifications for reporting, programs, or interfaces.
• Experience with S/4 HANA projects, including migration.
• Familiarity with SAP PP for ECC or S/4 HANA, standard procurement process, batch management, classification system, handling units, variant configurations, costing integration, material ledger, and account determination for PP.
