Position Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Step in to resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review when needed.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support informed, high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) : fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience, along with prior leadership experience, preferred .
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
