CEVA Mexico is excited to invite applications for the role of Logistics Operations Manager, a key leadership position. Situated at our state-of-the-art Mexico City facility, this opportunity offers the chance to lead and shape the operations of our Warehouse Operations team in an environment committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to lead and oversee warehouse and logistics operations within our Contract Logistics business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service delivery.

As a key operational leader, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, developing high-performing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and facility utilization to drive operational efficiency
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs (productivity, service level, accuracy, safety, cost)
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / process optimization methodologies
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce across multiple shifts
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on accountability and engagement
• Support talent development and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure accurate inventory control and minimize shrinkage
• Implement best practices to protect product integrity and ensure quality standards
• Act as a key liaison between operations, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams
• Coordinate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and contractors
• Ensure service levels, cost efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to EHS standards
• Conduct risk assessments and support incident investigations
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Proven experience managing teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management systems, and operational KPIs
• Experience in contract logistics or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
