LAT L4B Finance & Sales Operations Manager Location: Mexico

The LAT L4B Finance & Sales Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the financial health, commercial strategy, and operational excellence of the Logitech for Business (L4B) portfolio across the Latin America region.

In this dual-focused role, you will bridge the gap between finance and sales execution. You will provide the LAT leadership team with functional expertise inclusive of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial deal structuring, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and process optimization. Your insights and operational governance will directly influence top-line revenue growth, margin expansion, and sales team velocity. You will report to the Head of LAT L4B Finance, working in close partnership with the LAT Commercial Head, while collaborating across global and regional teams including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Global Finance.

Financial Leadership & FP&A

• Lead Regional Planning: Own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the LAT L4B business, ensuring alignment between regional targets and global corporate goals.
• P&L Management: Manage and optimize the LAT L4B channel P&L, providing deep-dive analysis into revenue drivers, gross margins, and regional profitability.
• Strategic Guardrails: Partner with Product Management and Pricing teams to establish commercial guardrails that maximize regional profitability and market share.

Sales Operations & Commercial Execution

• Sales Enablement & Pipeline Governance: Oversee the sales operations framework for the region, including pipeline health analysis, sales forecasting accuracy, and CRM/sales tool governance.
• Deal Structuring & Pricing Support: Partner directly with Sales leadership to review, structure, and approve complex commercial deals, special pricing requests (SPAs), and channel incentives.
• Performance Reporting: Design and deliver comprehensive financial and sales operational dashboards. Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable storylines for LAT executive leadership.

Process Excellence & Collaboration

• System & Process Evolution: Lead the implementation and enhancement of regional finance and sales operations tools, scaling processes to support the hyper-growth of the B2B business.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Build and maintain trusted relationships across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT to eliminate operational bottlenecks in the LAT region.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Proven relevant professional experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Sales Operations (B2B/Technology sector preferred).
• Regional Acumen: Strong understanding of the Latin American commercial landscape, including regional tax complexities, channel structures, and go-to-market models.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
• Analytical Power: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and robust financial modeling/data analysis skills.
• Leadership & Autonomy: An organized self-starter with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead initiatives independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferable Skills & Behaviors

• Tools & Systems: Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Oracle, Essbase, OneStream, Salesforce (SFDC), and/or Tableau/PowerBI.
• Executive Presence: Comfortable presenting strategic data, financial variances, and operational strategies to senior regional management.
• Data Strategy: Experience managing, cleaning, and synthesizing complex, large-scale commercial datasets to drive business decisions.
