Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and execution of our Mexico supply chain strategy during an exciting period of growth and expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale key supply chain capabilities from the ground up, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and planning processes that will support customers throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Overall Responsibilities

·Lead the establishment and ongoing management of a new 3PL distribution operation serving customers across Mexico and Latin America, helping create the foundation for the company's future growth in the region.

·Build scalable supply chain processes, systems, and performance standards that support long-term business expansion and operational excellence.

·Serve as the primary supply chain leader in Mexico, working closely with local leadership and global manufacturing partners to drive alignment and execution.

·Be accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance, including demand planning, inventory management, customs clearance, logistics, warehousing, customer service, customer issue resolution, and returns management.

·Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, reduce costs, improve agility, and strengthen supply chain resilience.

·Collaborate with global manufacturing sites to ensure timely and uninterrupted product availability for customers throughout the region.

Profile

• Professional degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related Sciences.

• End-to-end supply chain experience; minimum 10+ years including manufacturing and/or supply experience.

• Familiarity with warehousing practices and 3PL warehousing and transportation.

• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems.

• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish skills.

• Team management and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication, adaptability, coordination, and ability to work under pressure.

• Relevant operational experience.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
