Delivery Excellence Lead - Agile Transformation & AI

Zendesk is seeking an IT Operations & Delivery Excellence Lead to drive operational efficiency and delivery velocity across the IT organization. You will champion the How We Work framework, scale delivery practices, and integrate AI into daily processes from the Office of the CIO within Strategy & Operations.
The role partners with senior executives, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to foster transformation, align objectives, and improve execution across large, distributed teams.
