Salesforce Training Leader - Instructors & Courses

B Capital in Mexico City is looking for a Manager - Instructors who will be responsible for overseeing impactful courses and workshops aimed at empowering users to leverage Salesforce's capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a regional instructor team while ensuring customer success and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree, at least 3 years of people management experience, and strong communication skills. This role requires a passion for education and leadership within an innovative environment.
