Position Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will lead a high‑performance sales team, train and motivate team members, and use sales data to identify growth opportunities in our Polanco operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, ensuring they are knowledgeable and equipped with the latest strategies.
- Use sales data to analyze market trends, client behaviors, and team performance, then adapt strategies to capitalize on these insights.
- Organize and coordinate the team to ensure optimal performance, streamline workflows, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Maintain a client‑first approach, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction to build long‑term relationships.
- Monitor individual and team metrics, providing feedback and adjusting goals to continually drive sales excellence.
- Lead by example by closing deals yourself.
