Maintenance Manager

Position Title: Maintenance Manager Position Overview:

This position will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of equipment and systems across the manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of machinery and support equipment.

Principle Responsibilities:

• • Maintenance Program of routines
  • Supervision in Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and implement equipment and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery and modifications to existing equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations, plant policies, and industry standards.
  • Train and guide maintenance technicians or operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance projects.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.

  • Proficient in budget creation, forecasting, and CapEx planning.
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes and readiness planning.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with/support both external vendors and  internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (technical field is preferred but not required).

• • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on manufacturing equipment and maintenance programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance program development, equipment performance analysis, and team leadership.
  • Experience with vendor and service contract management.

• Proficient in English and Excel (ability to quickly learn new software applications)
