Bilingual Property Insurance Customer Service Agent (Tijuana)

Allstate in Tijuana is seeking a Property Customer Service Representative to assist clients with property and casualty insurance inquiries. As the friendly voice for our customers, you will handle various inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
You will be responsible for tracking information, processing policy changes, and employing excellent customer service skills. Preferred qualifications include bilingual proficiency and previous customer service experience. This position is full-time with competitive compensation.
