Marketing Intern

Hello!

At Webfleet, we're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Intern to support the team in Mexico executing day-to-day marketing activities.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in lead management, content development, and specialty segment programs while supporting key marketing initiatives aligned with our updated lead handling process and team structure. This internship offers valuable exposure to marketing operations, cross-functional collaboration, and campaign execution in an international environment.

What will your role be?

• Lead & Campaign Management:
  • Support lead generation activities.
  • Assist in pipeline distribution in coordination with BDRs.
• Content Creation and Curation:
  • Assist in reviewing and editing press releases, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging marketing content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and propose new content ideas.
  • Support the creation of additional marketing materials (presentations, social media assets, etc.).
• Translation Support:
  • Provide translation support for documents and communications as required by the central team, ensuring effective collaboration across regions.
• Specialty Segment Support:
  • Assist with research, data collection, and ongoing initiatives for specialty segments in Mexico by industry.

Who are you?

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Must be based in Mexico City and available to work in a hybrid or office-based environment as required.
• Strong interest in marketing, lead generation, content development, and business operations.
• Demonstrated initiative, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to gain professional experience in a corporate environment.
