Buscamos a la persona que tome ownership total del crecimiento del canal digital de . No es un
puesto de ejecución táctica — es un rol estratégico con autonomía real y resultados directamente medibles en
revenue. Reporta directamente al Director General y coordina a agencias externas de performance, contenido
orgánico y email marketing.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
Estrategia y crecimiento digital
• Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de adquisición digital para llevar Shopify al canal #1 de la empresa.
• Definir el mix de canales: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email, orgánico e influencers.
• Gestionar el embudo completo: tráfico → conversión → ticket promedio → retención → LTV.
Gestión de agencias
• Dar dirección estratégica a agencias de Meta, marketing orgánico, email y producción audiovisual.
• Evaluar performance con métricas claras y tomar decisiones de continuidad o sustitución.
CRO y experiencia de compra
• Identificar y ejecutar mejoras en Shopify para aumentar tasa de conversión.
• Desarrollar landing pages por campaña, bundles, upsells y flujos de checkout.
• Implementar y optimizar popups, email flows y retargeting.
Retención y monetización
• Diseñar e implementar programa de suscripciones y membresías.
• Construir flujos automatizados de email/WhatsApp post-compra, reactivación y cross-sell.
• Aumentar ticket promedio y frecuencia de compra.
Analytics y reporte
• Ser el dueño del KPI scorecard semanal/mensual: CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, churn.
• Tomar decisiones basadas en datos, no en intuición.
• Presentar resultados y propuestas al Director General.
• 3–6 años en growth, ecommerce o marketing digital, idealmente en D2C o productos premium.
• Experiencia comprobable gestionando presupuestos de pauta ($50K–$200K MXN/mes o más).
• Haber llevado un canal digital de etapa temprana a escala es un plus enorme.
Habilidades técnicas
• Dominio de Meta Ads Manager y Google Ads (search, shopping, display).
• Conocimiento de Shopify — no necesita ser developer, pero sí manejar la plataforma.
• Herramientas de email marketing: Klaviyo, Mailchimp o similar.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, dashboards e interpretación de datos.
• Deseable: automatizaciones WhatsApp (Vambe, Respond.io o similar).
Sueldo negociable de acuerdo con experiencia, prestaciones de ley, uniformes y comedor subsidiado
Horario lunes a viernes 7:00am a 04:00pm sábado medio día
