The Impact You'll Make

As our Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the production supervision team and operational personnel within your assigned unit or shift, ensuring alignment with our Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead supervisors and operational personnel to achieve SQDC targets through safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of standardized work.
• Coordinate production schedules by managing capacity, materials, staffing, and equipment availability in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a strong safety and quality culture through training, certification, coaching, audits, and reinforcement of operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including kaizen events, waste reduction, and cost-out projects, using DBS/EBS/CIF tools.
• Serve as the primary decision maker for your unit or shift, ensuring operational continuity and rapid resolution of issues impacting performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration, with 3+ years as Senior Supervisor and experience in a maquila environment.
• Applied knowledge of SQDC metrics, problem-solving processes, PFMEA, PPAP, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis).
• Strong leadership skills for managing multifunctional teams, with effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Ability to make decisions in dynamic environments, with ethics, discipline, and adherence to corporate policies.
• Experience leading projects and familiarity with SAP (preferred).
