Project Manager – Digital Advertising & Production

We are seeking a mid‑level project manager with expertise in design, animation, and video editing to support large‑scale digital advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end production of multiple design and animation projects simultaneously.
• Manage the intake and delivery of assets across Design, Illustration and Animation teams.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure pixel‑perfect output that aligns with client strategy, brand, and creative goals.
• Collaborate with Program/Project Managers and production teams across time zones to finalize production schedules.
• Assist in scoping, quoting, and proposing timelines for new projects with senior leadership.
• Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep all stakeholders updated on project progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Producer or Project Manager in digital advertising or creative production.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the creative workflow for fast‑paced design and animation projects.
• Technical knowledge to anticipate and resolve production issues, translating complex concepts into client‑friendly language.
• Comfortable collaborating with artists, illustrators, designers, 2D/3D animators, and concept artists.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Team Gantt, 10,000ft, Basecamp, Post‑it notes).
