Commercial & Strategy Director – Entertainment & Retail Developments
We are seeking a senior executive to lead the commercial strategy and positioning of large-scale entertainment and retail developments.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for defining and executing strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive commercial growth across entertainment and mixed-use developments. The role requires a strong leader with deep industry experience, ideally from top-tier entertainment companies.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement commercial strategies for entertainment and retail developments
Lead positioning, branding, and market expansion initiatives
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth
Align execution with General Management objectives
Oversee operations, performance, and opening of new commercial and entertainment centers
Candidate Profile
Preferred background in leading entertainment companies (e.g., Grupo Xcaret, KidZania, Six Flags, or similar)
Strong experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, and operations
Proven leadership managing large-scale developments or multi-unit operations
Ability to execute high-impact growth strategies
Requirements
Master’s degree required (IPADE or equivalent strongly preferred)
