Senior Accountant (Fintech/Payment) (Xico)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our local subsidiary in Mexico. In this role, you will take full ownership of the entity's financial health, from establishing local corporate bank accounts and managing tax compliance to driving bookkeeping accuracy and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Subsidiary Accounting: Manage and maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial records for the local Mexican entity.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare, calculate, and file local tax returns in full compliance with SAT regulations.
• Banking: Establish and manage local banking relationships and accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in subsidiary accounting and financial reporting for a Mexican entity.
• Knowledge of SAT tax regulations and local compliance requirements.
• Strong bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial reporting skills.
• Mandarin Chinese (conversational) a strong plus.
